Take full ownership of assigned clients brand growth from strategy to execution to measurable results. Drive real impact, not just content output.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute monthly growth strategies aligned with client goals
  • Identify trends, audience insights, and growth opportunities
  • Build integrated organic and paid campaign plans
  • Analyze performance data and continuously optimize direction

Content Creation, Review & Creative Direction

  • Generate high-performing content ideas aligned with brand positioning
  • Write compelling captions and scripts
  • Represent the brand on-screen when required
  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
  • Create simple visuals and maintain brand consistency
  • Review all content before publishing to ensure quality and performance potential
  • Provide structured feedback to editors and creatives to continuously improve output

Client Coaching & Brand Development

  • Coach clients on on-camera presence, messaging clarity, and storytelling
  • Guide clients on hooks, positioning, and audience psychology
  • Educate clients on platform algorithms and growth strategy
  • Improve content quality and personal brand positioning over time

Account Management

  • Schedule and publish content across platforms
  • Monitor engagement and manage basic community interactions
  • Track deadlines and maintain consistent delivery
  • Handle feedback and revisions efficiently

Paid Media & Growth Execution

  • Set up and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads preferred)
  • Develop ad copy and creatives aligned with funnel objectives
  • Monitor CTR, conversions, and ROI
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance insights
  • Present clear performance reports to clients

Client Communication & Leadership

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Present strategies, roadmaps, and performance updates confidently
  • Manage expectations professionally
  • Recommend growth improvements proactively
  • Lead internal creatives to deliver high-quality work on time


What Were Looking For

  • 2+ years in social media or digital marketing
  • Strong strategic thinking and copywriting ability
  • Practical video editing skills
  • Experience running paid campaigns
  • Strong understanding of analytics and growth metrics
  • Confident client-facing communication
  • Organized, accountable, and ownership-driven
