Long Form/Short Form Video Editors
Job Description:
We’re looking for a highly creative and technical Video Editor who can transform raw footage into high-impact visual stories. This isn't just a "cut and paste" role - we need someone who understands pacing, platform-specific trends, and how to create content that stops the scroll.
You’ll be taking full ownership of the post-production process. If you are obsessed with visual aesthetics and performance-driven storytelling, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Editing & Post-Production
- Edit high-quality short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form video content.
- Master color grading, sound design, and audio leveling to ensure professional output.
- Apply seamless transitions, captions, and visual effects that enhance the narrative.
- Ensure all videos align with specific client brand guidelines and quality standards.
Motion Graphics & Visuals
- Create engaging 2D motion graphics and animated text overlays.
- Design custom intro/outro sequences and call-to-action assets.
- Stay updated on visual trends to keep our clients' content looking modern and fresh.
Strategy & Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Product owners and the team to develop the creative concepts based on client requrements.
- Repurpose long-form content into "snackable" social clips.
- Organize and manage a library of raw assets and project files efficiently.
Optimization & Delivery
- Export and optimize videos for various platforms (aspect ratios, file sizes, etc.).
- Implement feedback from Product Owners quickly and accurately.
- Maintain a consistent delivery schedule to meet content calendar deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Portfolio:
A strong showcase of professional video editing and high-impact short-form content. - experience
in professional video editing (Agency or Freelance). - Expert proficiency
in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (After Effects is a major plus). - Strong storytelling skills:
An eye for pacing, rhythm, and emotional impact. - Trend-aware:
Deep understanding of what works on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. - Technical detail:
Strong knowledge of color correction and audio post-production. - Organized & Fast:
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
