Job Description:

We're looking for a hands-on Social Media Creator / Social Coordinator who can manage social media accounts while working closely with both clients and our internal creative team.

This role focuses on content creation, posting, and client coordination. You'll be responsible for ideating content, writing captions, editing videos, posting on social platforms, and ensuring client requirements are clearly communicated to the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Ideate and script content based on project requirements

  • Write engaging, brand-aligned captions

  • Be the on-screen brand representative for assigned clients, when required

  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

  • Create simple visuals using editing tools

  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand tone and quality standards

Posting & Account Management 

  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms

  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting

  • Manage comments and basic community engagement

  • Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met

Client & Team Coordination

  • Act as the bridge between clients and the internal creative team

  • Communicate client requirements clearly to editors and creators

  • Relay feedback, revisions, and updates efficiently

  • Ensure final content meets client expectations

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing

  • Strong copywriting and caption writing skills

  • Basic to intermediate video editing skills

  • Good understanding of social media platforms and trends

  • Confident communicator comfortable working with clients

  • Organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
